Dr. Lauren Vergouven Brown considers herself a Georgia native and grew up in Woodstock, Ga. She received her ABJ degree in Journalism from The University of Georgia and her MD from The Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Brown completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals. After residency, she moved to Lake Oconee, practiced pediatrics in Covington, Ga for a year and was board certified in 2012. Dr. Brown has been at Peachtree Park Pediatrics since 2013.

In her spare time she enjoys running, attempting to cook, writing, book clubs to catch up with friends, attending UGA games and traveling. She lives in Atlanta with her family, including son and two dogs, Fritz and Penny.

Dr. Brown is accepting newborn patients.
