Did you know that you can now do almost all of your visit check-in online- BEFORE your visit?
We have partnered with Phreesia (the orange check-in pads) to offer you the ability to complete most of your registration information before the visit. You can update or add demographic information and even pay your copay- all from the comfort of your home- with no toddler attached to your leg!
Patients with a scheduled appointment will receive an email 3 days before the visit with a link to complete the registration. Too busy? That’s fine- you can still complete your registration on site. We want to offer you choices!
Please still bring your insurance card to each visit. Often small details change year to year, even if you still have the same insurance company.
