Parents, please remember to bring your child’s insurance card to every visit.
Often there are small changes on the card like a suffix number (even if your insurance carrier remains the same) and this will prevent us from successfully filing charges on your behalf. There is only a short window of time in which we can make corrections with the insurance company on a claim…so if we don’t get your correct card the first time there is a risk that the claim won’t be paid….and then, unfortunately, it becomes your balance in full.
