Peachtree Park Pediatrics is proud to announce that the Follow My Health Patient Portal is now LIVE!
Please Note: The patient portal is for established patients only. New/prospective patients should call our office to schedule an appointment prior to requesting a portal invitation.
As a member of the portal, you will be able to:
- Request Rx
- View/Print lab results
- View/Print immunization history
- Request well-visit appointments
- Communicate with your doctor and staff
- and much, much more
If you are the parent of one of our patients and would like to register for the patient portal, please click here to request an invitation. After completing the form, you will receive an email from “noreply@followmyhealth.com” within two business days. This email will include an invitation link, and instructions that will help walk you through the registration process.
We ask that patients who are over the age of 18 to please request an invitation on their own behalf by requesting an 18+ invitation. Please note: Sending the enrollment information is not secure. If you have concerns, please call our office and ask to be enrolled or complete a registration request in the office.
